Wild Dog Trio

The African Wild Dogs (aka Painted Dogs) have beautiful markings but they are difficult to find. There are currently only about 3000-5000 remaining. The low numbers combined with their large ranges (as large as 550 miles) make them quite rare to see. We were lucky and were able to spend some time with the dogs on our trip to Zambia last fall.
