Churchill Tundra
In Churchill, Manitoba, Canada polar bears (Ursus maritimus) gather to wait for the Hudson Bay ice to freeze. The ice near Churchill had frozen enough where most of the bears had already left. This mother and yearling cub nest for one more night on land. The next morning they wake up do a few yoga stretches near the Tundra Lodge and then depart for the ice.
